Okay, so I’m doing this play for my school and in it I play a goth girl, I know perfectly how to do make-up and all that stuff, but, I am not sure what I should wear. The director says that the play is very stereotypical, but I’m not quite sure what a stereotypical goth looks like. We don’t have any real goths at my school, so far all I can think of is black fishnet tights and arm gloves. What else should I wear??

I’m looking for a certain type of music and am not sure if it’s even a genre or what artists would have this sound. I’m looking for music that is kind of dark with a slow melody. I would prefer a female vocalist but male will work as well. The only ones I’ve found so far with this sound are Emily Haines and the soft skeletons song Detective Daughter and several other of their songs, but I’m looking for something similar to that. Ok, one day at school Joe walked past me and said "Hey emo goth girl." I don’t know if that was an insult or what. But I punched him anyway. Ok, so I listen to Cradle of Faith, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for my Valentine, AFI, and such. And so I use black nail polish and ware nothing but black clothes. But I act normal. Sort of, and now everybody is calling me that. It’s really annoying, so how do I get the bitches to shut up?

Lately I’ve been totally digging "vampire knight"…I love anime but I would like some good suggestions for others in that sort of genre …the whole gothic/romance stuff is wonderful.
