My mom called me gothic today?
I love to wear black, listen to gothic music, and wear black crosses. Anyway, she told me I looked stupid and I was a gothic freak. I now feel very insecure about myself.
Oh, I’m not gothic, btw. If I were, I would own a trench coat, but I don’t (It’s on my birthday list, though. They look so comfortable).
Bauhaus is an amazing band, btw!!!

she’s just being a mom, not understanding you..it’s typical. don’t feel insecure, you’re a teenager, you’re supposed to be able to look back and say "god. what was i thinking?"
and they are comfortable…
just tell her you like doing what you do, no harm.
she’s only looking out for your safety, probably worried
about you. (She’s a mother, of course)
i wouldn’t worry about it…if you don’t think you are gothic then dont listen to your mother…sometimes moms dont understand us so it ends up like that…but you are not a gothic freak, dont listen to it!
