Price is not an option. My friend recently turned 21, and I want to get him something really special. I’ve heard that the Czech stuff is crap from people I know, and I don’t want to get stuck paying dollars for alcohol that is no different than rum (I know its no where close, but you get the idea). I’ve heard that the right kind of absinthe will also give you a slight trip, and that is EXACTLY what I’m looking for, considering it’s a special occasion and all.

I know there have been previous questions pertaining to quality absinthe, but no one seems to give the answers I’m looking for.

If anyone knows where I can find quality absinthe that will give you a slight trip in minor doses, please let me know. I’ve looked at a lot of different websites, but they all seem to say the same thing. Personal experiences and opinions will be greatly apperciated beyond words. Thank you.

I seem to get along with them better becuase of my twisted sense of humor, but all the ones at my school are on drugs or alcohol which is something I don't want to be involved in.
