so i got black jeans at forever 21 because i really liked them and my friend has some. i thought they were really cute. now i cant find a shirt to go with them and not look goth or punk. can you please help? just need ideas on what type of colors or shirt styles would look good. thanks!!

I know that black and silver are goth colors but pink?? i dunno… goth pink is usually ugly. I also hear that goths dont wear blue… Is that true???? blue rocks, you can look goth and wear blue riiiight??

ohkay, so im getting a haircut soon and every time i get a haircut i dye my hair a different color. i know i want black, but does anybody have any suggestions on lengths or extra colors i can add? i dont want blonde highlights, thats not my style. i’ll take any other suggestions tho. pics would be nice =].

I just can’t seem to figure out why all the "goth" types I meet are overweight? Is it a requirement to join the club? Or do black clothes and eye makeup just make people look really heavy? Or do black clothes weigh more than regulare colors?

I’m goth, and maybe that’s the reason I can’t find a bf. I come from a not-so-gothic town. Just because we wear black doesn’t mean we’re not normal or weird. So I’m asking if you would date a goth girl? Why or why not?
ugh. Goth is NOT scarey. Goth is just a way of expressing personal and inner feelings putting it into clothing. In short– it’s just like any other social class. Scene people are basicly posers trying to be punk but wearing too many colors. Emo people cut themselves, and if they don’t, than they are just punk, not emo. Goth is just wearing black. That’s all it is. And there’s nothing wrong with wearing black. And I play sports and listen to music and i’m nice. I’m more on the quiet side and hate conformity, but, other than that, i’m just a person who likes to wear black.

"Being normal" has nothing to do with being goth. There is no such thing as "normal", unless you consider those Abricrombie Holister wearing losers who think they’re cool normal…. i personaly don’t. And who says I can’t grow up and get a job even though I’m goth? Who says I can’t wear all black to a job interview. I am going to be a psychologist, and I can wear an all-black business suit to work, and my house can be as goth as I want it to be. And, really, WHO GIVES A SH*T WHAT I WEAR?! Seriosly, doesn’t ANYBODY ever even takek into consideration what a person’s like on the INSIDE?! goodness.
