I am a female, 5’4", slender build, with dark brown hair, fair skin, and hazel eyes. Think these black Prada frames would look alright? The stripe on the side is silver metal.

In reference to my personality, I am a law student who is into art and Icelandic music. I love wearing black (but not Goth black) and have a Manhattan-personlity.

Hi. I am in the sixth grade, and need a little help. I do not appreciate people who say I am just ‘fitting in’. I am darker, and like to draw and read. People have a problem with what I am. My mom keeps saying I will go to hell when I die if I am dark. I see a therapist, and I have some issues that need to be dealt with, but otherwise my mental state is fine. I have fast mood swings, because I switch from Scorpio to Libra every few years. Art of any kind is beautiful to me. I do not have a religion, but I do not mind. My intellectual level is higher than most intelligent adults, and my friends misjudge me. I hate many things about life, but I can see right through it. Marilyn Manson, Linkin Park, and dozens of others are my favorites. Many people call me ‘goth’, but instead of getting upset, I like it when people understand my personality. I think Marilyn Manson is hot, for those of you that agree, thanks for your understanding. A lot of people in my town are Cristian, and then do not approve of me. No, I don’t worship Satan. I am into astrology and witchcraft. None of the boys in my school are like me, and half of them drool over me. I am giving up boys until i can find an acceptable one who appreciates being Gothic. How can I find a guy that is like that? All I need is some advice in which I can personalize to fit my own liking. Thank You.

I know this is quite complicated. Hopefully you don’t get confused. I’m 22 yr old man who is in a relationship with a 21 year old woman. This woman has a son who is 14 months old. I have known the woman on and off for about 3 years. Here’s a little backstory – We actually 1st met each other at the beginning from a goth date site but we lost contact (thanks to one of her friends and she was dating someone at the time.) Then about a year or so later we found each other again. We started talking and after about a few months we met at the mall. It was at the time that i discovered that during the time we were apart she had apparently found someone who she worked with that she liked and had dated them and had a kid together, that had just been born right before we started talking again. She was still with the father and still lived with him. I didn’t mind this, and also the fact she has a wonderful personality and have so much in common, lead me to want to be with her (at a time when I was actually dating someone else)

So we snuck around to see each other and I went to her job (she’s a dancer) to see her. The girl i was with found out and got upset, understandably so, and made me stop talkin to her and to change my number. I changed my number and . gave it to the girl so we could keep talking. So this went on for about another month. This girl was goin to the beach and invited me to go with her. I was planning to go and it was close the day we were goin to leave and my gf at the time found out and got highly upset. I didn’t want to lose her so i promised I wouldn’t talk to her anymore and called her up and told her good goodbye.

Well, 8 months went by and… she found me through myspace. We talked for a few days and decided to meet at a local club. We went and it was slightly ackward at first but then as the night went by it was back to where we left off. I also found out something. She had gotten a tattoo the day we stopped talking, and she had done it for me. For ME!! Well she was still living with the guy and the kid is now about 14 months old. We’ve been sneaking around and seeing each other since the 22 November. This past saturday we went to a few clubs and then we left early and went to my house. That was our first. It was beautiful and amazing. I took her home. Today I went to her house while the guy was at work. We hung out, played with the kid and got a tour of her place. We were playing on the computer..and you know what happened next.

I really love her and she means so much to me. She’s changed my views and opened my eyes to a lot of things. i know she feels the same way I. She really cares for me and loves me very much. She even told me that she hopes that someday we can truely be together as a family as husband and wife. I just want someone elses view points on what’s going on and what I should do.

By the way, I’m single now. My girlfriend at the time broke up with a little after me and that girl stopped talking to be with a guy 10 years older than her.

the point is,i know her,so i cant really say,whether she looks scarey to men,to me shes just my best mate!but just lately shes wondering if its putting guys off dating her,as she has been single a while now!she does have an old school kinda different look,big eyes ,long dark hair,maybe she wouldnt look out of place in a horror film,but shes still beautiful. She doesnt look like your’e regular girl next door,but shes the sweetest person you could ever meet!She seems a bit down lately cuz a few guys have said she lloks too scary to date,so they just wnna be her friend!

Even if they don’t wear that dark makeup and they are nice and not all creepy,
If you don’t think their goth then does it bug you that they dress all dark if they don’t have that weird personality?
No I dress like that but I wanted to get others’ opinions, I have blonde hair so it might look but I just like dressing in dark colors. And no I’m not emo or anything.

I don’t call my self goth but I do dress like it; I just don’t really see why people have to label things all the time. But it will take forever to explain! To me it’s a way of expression and how one chooses to see the world and among other things. Being goth or punk doesn’t have to do with worshiping devil. Even though people will find some goths that aren’t Christians.
